- You are invited to attend our Parent Presentation on Monday, August 18th, from 7:00–8:15 PM in the McCook Senior High Gym.
- Our guest speaker will be Jay Martin, Director of Safety & Security at the Nebraska Department of Education. He will address online safety issues affecting today’s youth, with a special focus on the dangers of social media and online algorithms that can negatively impact kids.
- This is a valuable opportunity to learn from a statewide safety expert and gain practical tips for helping your child navigate the digital world. We hope you can join us!

McCook Bond 2025 Scheduled Tours: July 29. 12:00PM and 6:00PM. Join us tomorrow at 12pm or 6pm at the McCook Junior High Cafeteria for a building tour and ask questions regarding the August 12, 2025 special election.

McCook Senior High welcomes all parents to attend our Open House on August 18th, from 6:00-7:00 pm. Following the open house, Jay Martin, NDE's Director of School Safety and Security will have a parent presentation regarding Digital Safety involving our teens. Please share, all parents and guardians of the district are welcome to attend!!


Ballots for the August 12, 2025 special mail in election will be delivered to voters' homes on or around July 23. Please mark your ballot according to how you want your vote counted.
To ensure your vote is counted:
*mail your completed ballot no later than August 6 to allow adequate time for delivery.
*all ballots must be received at the County Courthouse by 5pm on August 12 - postmarks do not count.
*you may also hand-deliver your ballot to the drop box located outside the east door of the County Courthouse, which is available Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm, or at any time before the deadline.
