This is a list of Top Ten Track and Field Personal Performances by McCook girl athletes since 1980. It was in 1980 that Nebraska High School Track and Field converted from the English measurement in yards to the metric measurement for track events. This year seemed to be a logical starting point to begin comparing performances in the track events. In most field events, it was possible to compare the heights and distances before 1980 as those remained measured in the English measurement. The one exception is the girls shot put which changed from the eight-pound shot put to the four-kilo shot put in the late 1970's.
